The event organiser will send the Presenter' ZOOM ID, password and material (if any) to the Organising Teacher at the latest by 48 hours before the event. Students must be ready 5 minutes before each session
*) Zoom link is limited only to the first 100 participants. Those who missed the opportunity to participate in this event can watch the event on Youtube Live and ask questions through the Chat function.

This event will be limitedly broadcast on our Youtube Live for the invitee registered through our registration form and missed the 100 participants of the ZOOM quota.
The privacy setting of the Youtube Live link is Unlisted, which means the video will not come up in search results. Only those who know the link can view it, and you can share the link with anyone, even those who do not have a YouTube account/username.
The coordinator will send the Youtube link at the latest by 48 hours before the event started.
