About The Event

ABOUT THE EVENT

  • For immersion, we will use Bahasa Indonesia as the primary language in this event.
  • Please arrives approximately 30 mins before the event start for registration purposes
  • Parking: Metered parking on the surrounding streets and large car parks nearby, and bike parking is available at hoops in the surrounding streets
  • Public Transport: from Melbourne Central Station, you can walk or take a tram route 19 or 57 or 59 and get off at stop 7 - ‘Queen Victoria Market'.

ABOUT THE SUBSIDIES

For VILTA current financial year members from Government School, we are providing subsidies as follows:

a. CRT Subsidy of $250 will be made available for GOVERNMENT schools (one per school) by sending us an invoice detailing the name of teacher, name of the event, date of the event, the total amount of $250 (No GST is applicable) and the school bank details (name of the account holder, name of the bank, BSB, Account Number)

b. A Travel Subsidy will be made available to RURAL & REGIONAL GOVERNMENT schools  (teachers and their students) by sending us a school invoice with the bank details detailing the teacher's name, school name, the actual distance, the names of students.

c. To claim (a) and (b), you or your school MUST be a current financial member of VILTA.

d.  Please send those document softcopies to the VILTA Treasurer at vilta.treasurer@gmail.com and specify the Event Name and date on the email subject.  All claims must be received by 2 December 2022
