ABOUT THE AGM

The AGM provides an excellent opportunity for the student-teacher, teachers or Indonesianist who want to get involved with upcoming VILTA programs.  VILTA Committee members will share a comprehensive overview of what we've accomplished over the past year, which will allow attendees to get a greater sense of what our organisation stands for and aspires to. Furthermore, besides learning about VILTA's recent activities, all AGM attendees will also have the opportunity to see our Annual Report,  elect new Office Bearers and Committee members who will run VILTA's initiatives. In other words, this event is everyone's greatest opportunity to give feedback and shape VILTA's future!

ABOUT THE ELECTION

To elect the member of the Committee, we will publish three forms for members to fill in consecutive order, as follow:

1. COMMITTEE NOMINATION FORM is to be completed (optional) November 17, at 11:00 pm AEST - https://bit.ly/2021_NominationForm - Form have been CLOSED

2. RSVP, PROXY & Pre-VOTING FORM is to be published and completed (required) by by December 3, 2021, at 5:00 pm AEST - https://bit.ly/2021_RSVP_Proxy_Pre-VotingProxy 

3. BALLOT FORM is to be published and completed on December 3, 2021

ABOUT THE NOMINATION 

(The Committee Nomination Form have been CLOSED)

• VILTA current financial year members, FAQs
• Min 18 years old
• A volunteer position
• Approximately monthly (virtual) meeting
• Support VILTA events
• The Nominee MUST attend the Virtual AGM on December 3, 2021.  ZOOM meeting ID will be sent separately.
• No formal skills are required - you are doing what you need to do by voicing the needs and concerns of other teachers like you!

As VILTA seeks to represent all its members, it would be wonderful to have a committee that truly represents our membership; as such, the regional and primary teachers, in particular, are encouraged to apply.
